Kinds of Membership

Does your team need a general AAU membership or the "AB" AAU membership?

General Membership ($12.00/athlete, $14.00/non-athlete)
This membership level provides your team and athletes with AAU liability insurance for any and all of your organized practices and AAU sanctioned events. You will be able to print out a "proof of insurance" and have it with you at any AAU event.

"AB" (Added Benefit) Membership ($14.00/athlete, $16.00/non-athlete)
This membership level provides your team and athletes with AAU liability insurance for any and all of your organized practices and ALLevents. This covers your team in all AAU events and non-AAU events, as long as the events are formally scheduled, supervised, and conducted by a recognized sports association, sports organization, civic group, or school, and its rules are in force.

NOTE: To enjoy the "AB" benefits, all members and coaches MUST be "AB". If 10 athletes and all coaches are "AB" and 1 athlete is "general", then the "AB" is NOT valid.
